I initially ordered the palette from her Dec.20th and she kept saying she would ship it, I needed the palette before Christmas Eve & I never got it nor did it ship. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt and waited almost 2 weeks for it to ship!! I finally canceled the order from her and ordered from someone else! :) hope that helped
