We just received one where the actual logo isn't anywhere on it and the Beverly Hills isn't in cursive... do you know the sellers names specifically? I am not going to "accept" the order. Very disappointing.

@fabgal32 wow! That's horrible... yea, u should b able to get a refund. I also saw on YouTube how sum of these f@ke shadows are causing burning n eye disease. Best thing to do is buy from a trusted seller, not everyone r scams. Also, always always know ur product n do ur research cuz now ppl can google n make fake receipts or steal others pics.

Hey, so I have a question about the palette I received from a seller on poshmark.. it has the serial # you said was real up there ^ , but the colors itself is really dusty.. I can't even swipe it without it having MAJOR fallout, and it blowing away. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, or if I got scammed :( help?

@jennarose0 fake palettes do and can have serial # on it. It shouldn't be dusty w fall out. Contact poshmark and tell them u want a refund. Do not rate the seller or u will release payment and it's too late then. Hope that helps.

@jennarose0 can u post a pic of the sides of the palette and the colors, front and back. I'll be able to tell u if its fake by how the sides look. Real ones are smooth and and evenly cornered and squared.

Ok thank you! I emailed poshmark and they responded with a email saying they have too many emails and they will get back to me shortly. Will that effect me getting it back? I remember seeing you have 72 hours before my money goes to the seller... should I just wait? I don't want her getting the money :(

So I noticed something else while using it. It doesn't have the "A" logo next to the word Anastasia under the mirror, or on the brush.. Could that be something ?

@millyyailin i honestly do try to not sell anything that isnt authentic but if i do i tell the buyer its not authentic. Check out my listing for my tiffany and co jewelry i sold recently. People do like knockoffs but i believe they should have a right to know what they are buying.

@millyyailin i understand completely. Its hard to know the real from the fake. I always you tube everything before i buy. Because you cant trust all sellers on posh but dont get me wrong posh does have some really great people/sellers. Its just figuring out who is who is the challenge.

@millyyailin yes it is. But the best way to know for sure is just you tube it. They do sside by side comparisons so its really easy to tell. I actually purchased a fake one from here not to long ago. When i get home I'll post some side by sides that really gave it away for me.

@unyquetreasures checkcosmnetic.net and the E6CA batch code was the code on the first palettes produced in March of 2016. It is a real batch number.

@cmcboutique Hi. Sorry thin m this isn't my post. I didn't know. Usually the numbers are on the box and on the pallet. Also to check out what the original colors are verses what is being sold. It's should be in the same order and colors should match. Look at every detail and the spelling. The fakes always have some miss spelling of words or missing letters. I hope this helped.
