dals_boutique @mishmosh5 Hi again :) It is semi sheer. If you look at pic #2 where the model has it in a moving way, you can see how it is. However, she is not wearing anything underneath it. It is up to the person really. I think you would be fine but you could also wear a little black tank underneath. Either way you can't go wrong. I hope this helps!! :)
