Candy colors Scarf & Hat Set

This is a beautiful set it was given to me as a gift and I believe it is handmade, I have never worn it and it is way too interesting pretty and unique to be hidden in a closet, colors are true in the pictures and last picture I turned the hat inside out to show new condition, beautiful!
