Yes but it's only adjustable on the top third of the boot - so it's really not adjustable at all on the calf - which is why I was wondering about calf circumstance. I understand you can tighten it around the top part but I'm more worried about how loose they will be throughout the leg. I'm a 6.5. Thank you!

@kalonafiesta since it's lace up on the back, it really is adjustable to each individual thigh. i tied it tight to fit my thighs so there's definitely room. plus they are super duper comfy.
