Fabulous vintage dress. Purchased as is. Belt loops indicate the belt is missing. Sparkle could have been added after. Some damage to cape, but nothing you can see on. Length from shoulder to bottom, 41", waist 24", bust 32-34. Dress does have some stretch. Tags are missing. Feels like a poly/rayon blend. Sleeveless. Full skirt makes you want to twirl ALL night!
