lizabeth814 @jeannel2019 no shame here! I suffer too. I passed it on to all 3 of my children and they're cool with it but my daughter suffers more than my sons, I think because she's a girl. Mental illness is rampant in my family. Genetics I suppose. Just a generation ago they didn't discuss it. Now, we talk about it, a lot. I like to educate people through my personal journey. I'm a helper in life, a giver 😊 It actually helps me feel good, releases those endorphins!

jeannel2019 It is genetic unfortunately. I think girls suffer more because we are already naturally sensitive. It has been a long road for me but knowledge is power. The more I took the time to understand it the better I became at dealing with my feelings and actions. I still struggle and I am 43 but it also helps me understand people more.

lizabeth814 @jeannel2019 we get each other, it happens that way. Different circumstances, same crap unfortunately. If we're wise, we take it and do positive with it. I look at it like a gift. Think of the poor people who don't have a clue about people and the human condition..... they're clueless and outright mean. It's sad. Not us. We wouldn't dream of being nasty to others for fear of making them feel bad and we know how feeling bad feels. It's not fun.
