Howard Wolf was a high end women's clothing designer 1950's-90's. A self-made American, he helped charitable causes with his fortunes and always supported Israel. Howard Wolf Inc. closed in 1999 due to competition from cheaper imports. 🎟They just don't make 'em like they used to! Size s/m twirly dress. I wish I could remember exactly which thrift/consignment/market I scored this one at, but there were so many and I just can't recall.
