amyrocks66@rolltidebaby21 Sorry for the delay! It's 22" armpit to armpit lying flat. It has a lot of stretch. The waist is 25" lying flat with a lot stretch. 46" length. It is absolutely my favorite thing to wear. I wear it with all kinds of stretch pants and it can be worn as a dress. It's super soft! My butt and hips are huge and I wear a small and it hangs so nicely. Love it!!! xoxoxo
