chantelzales @lgold913 I'm really bad at measuring because the material has a stretch. I uploaded a photo of the medium. Where u have the measuring tape is the waist area 20" and it kinda flutes open like a bell at the bottom

chantelzales @cindye57 update he chest is 19" when laid flat in floor with a stretch. I uploaded a photo of the measurements the waist is 21" and flutes open like a bell towards bottom as seen in photo.
