This fringe skirt is a fun piece for a night out, holiday parties, or NYE. It's comfy and stretchy in the waist, which is always a plus. I originally bought this to wear on my birthday but never ended up using it. Still brand new with tags. Only tried on. allidoisshop @knoxclan8 hi! Will check measurements later today when I get home. No flaws. Still in original plastic packaging. Only taken out for pictures. Smoke free home. I do have a little doggy. 😊

allidoisshop @knoxclan8 hi. Just took the measurements. Waist is 13.5" (laying flat) and length is about 17". Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions
