modamecouture@sassykat55 I am a 34b and wear the small in this. Usually a juniors medium is comparable to a women's small. :) Using a general size chart a size 4/6 is = to a women's size Small. If you are a 6 (women's small) I am thinking a juniors medium would work but here are the approx measurement to make sure Medium Bust 17"-18" across /Length 18". It is such a fun jacket!!! Sequins are all the rage this season!!
