Suede & Feather Charm Necklace

Braided suede necklace with feather and bead accents. I'm not 100% sure this is Native American made but it is vintage, purchased from a high end consignment store. The pony beads are plastic (actually not unusual in Native American pieces), the black bead is ceramic and the large green one is glass. Could be worn as a necklace or tied on a bag as a purse charm. In good vintage condition.
