Brand new without tags. In great condition. Material is thin. This skirt is not for the faint of heart. The slits are extremely high on both sides. I purchased this from Santee Alley for $35. I thought I was brave enough to rock it this past summer but I wasn't. Please do not expect top quality as stated above this is from the Santee Alley in LA. I'm 5'3 for length reference. No trades. No PayPal. No LOWBALLING. ☺️
