cathiv I think there is a little issue 😥the shoes r not brand new bc I can see they were worn by the toe print in the shoes, there is signs of wear on the bottom and a rip mark where it’s brown on the inside. I did not try them on bc I only buy brand new shoes. The tissue wasn’t even in the shoes. I am not sure who packed it or mailed them but I can not accept them. Do u Have BRAND new ones? Sorry for this I love these shoes n that’s why I ordered them. 😥

cathiv @shopthemarbella Perhaps it was a sample? you can clearly see they do not look as if no one has worn them. A sample shoe? Nevertheless, there is a rip in the inside n toe marks, were walked around in may be the store, brought back, toe marks. if you accepted my offer then I should get brand new not damaged, if I knew this I would have pd the extra money. I see you have two other kinds one for 31.00 they need to be replaced I’m sure Posh will send you the pics.

shopthemarbella @cathiv I would never ship out a shoe that looked used i would mark it as display shoe/photoshoot shoe which i have our sample shoe is always a size 5.5, pictures of the shoe looks great in the case i dont know what to say :(

cathiv I would never wear a shoe where there are foot imprints, a rip inside, or the bottom as is...I’ve ordered at least 15 items from Posh and have not run into this...😥did you see the pics? 🌸

shopthemarbella @cathiv never had someone open a case because of this :( yeah the scuff part is inside probably from the paper packaging inside, the person that packed it shouldve packed it nicer ?

cathiv @shopthemarbella I’m so sorry😥but did u see the pics? Look at the marks...the shoe inside and on the bottom, rip inside? I can’t wear these creased, ripped, feet marks...they were definitely worn...whether it was used as a model shoe they were worn more than once for toes to be marked in the inside, the bottom felt part has things stuck to it. I’m I just can’t accept them😥 the rip creases alone are a issue & foot imprints may be you can replace with the 31.00 pair if they are spotless?

cathiv @shopthemarbella there was no paper in the shoe that would rip the inside bc it wasn’t packed w the paper in it or covering them. I can take a pic of the blk mark 2 I just didn’t add it😥
