shopahola @melissalarcher, I truly do not get it. It was my friend's who buys clothes, wears a couple times, and then moves on out. She and I are both petite, 2-4. Yes, I think it would fit. That is I modeling it. I haven't put it on in a long time, but I believe it had some wiggle room. I'll double check in the morning for you. Thank you.

shopahola @chloekuanyi, Sorry for late response. Lighting isn’t best, but I took photos of the areas I believe you want. I’ve never given measurements there, so I’m not sure. In case you can’t see, top is approx. 15” and arm is approx. 6.5”. Pls let me know if I can do more for you.
