celysellz@hannahharmon15 Hi Hannah, I'm very sorry you brought a shirt yesterday and I can't seem to find it. I'm going to keep looking through my inventory but if I can't find it i am going to have to cancel your order. Sorry for the inconvenience 😔

Sep 02Reply

thinblueapple@celysellz no worries!!

Sep 02Reply

thinblueapple@celysellz it did still charge me 😖I know you can’t help that though! Are you selling anything else we could switch out?

Sep 03Reply

celysellz@hannahharmon15 oh no I can try to look into it I did cancel on my end but are u interested in anything else in my closet?

Sep 03Reply

thinblueapple@celysellz if it cancelled on your end it may have refunded. I’ll check and see! I didn’t see anything else that really popped for me in my size 🙁

Sep 03Reply

celysellz@hannahharmon15 I'll look in my inventory To see if I have anything that size

Sep 03Reply

thinblueapple@jirwin87 I’m taking it to the PO today!! We’ve had a HUGE snowstorm in NC.

Apr 24Reply

Apr 25Reply

angelahallford@hannahmeadows34 Thank You

Apr 25Reply

sellerskarmenI would like a refund. These are not authentic pandora charms. You shipped very fast and very prompt on answering bids but I am not happy with this product.

May 12Reply

thinblueapple@sellerskarmen I am so sorry that you are unhappy. I’ll be more than happy to refund your money and will certainly be contacting in the person who inspected it, and the girl who I got it from! You deserve to get what you ordered (cnt.)

May 12Reply

thinblueapple@sellerskarmen and if it is not what you ordered, I’ll certainly send a refund, I’ll pay shipping for you to send back promptly so that I can take them back!! I’ll send you a message on a bundle so that it is not a public conversation but I value feedback and ratings and want to make sure that you are happy as a customer!

May 12Reply

jml213563@hannahmeadows34, for some reason the purchase didn’t appear on my iphone but it shows on my Ipad, but I am curious to know when you will be shipping these shoes?

May 14Reply

thinblueapple@jml213563 I am so sorry for the delay! It was supposed to be shipped out several days ago and I got a notification to ship yesterday. I was freaking out thinking that the post office had lost it but it got put into a pile that I took yesterday somehow instead. It shipped out yesterday!

May 14Reply

jml213563@hannahmeadows34 , why haven’t I received any shipping information email? Please submit tracking number. Thanks

May 14Reply

thinblueapple@jml213563 I haven’t ever gotten any kind of tracking email when I’ve bought on Poshmark? You can go to orders and look from there. It still says “pending USPS scan” on my end, I’m not sure why, it was taken to the post office yesterday. I will submit an inquiry. Tracking#9405 5108 9935 9757 3430 40

cindyclineHi @hannahmeadows34 I purchased a Disney Rapunzel charm in June that I have some concerns about. I can't figure out how to send a private msg on here. Would you please private msg me?

Aug 10Reply

thinblueapple@cindycline I’m so sorry that you have some concerns but I would be than happy to message you about it! The only way to do that on PM is to create a bundle. You don’t have to buy the item in the bundle, but it allows a private conversation.

Aug 10Reply

cindycline@hannahmeadows34 I sent you a msg this morning.

Aug 10Reply

thinblueapple@cindycline I’m sorry, I have been out all day and just got home. I will get all the kids settled and in bed and reply! Sorry!

Aug 11Reply

Feb 25Reply

rachelescatsHey Hanna, I hope all is ok with you! Can you please reach out to me. I think there was a mixup with my order. Thx!

Mar 05Reply

thinblueapple@rachelescats Oh no!! Omg, I was wondering why that pair of heels didn’t track right away. Ah, I am so sorry!! I will check the shipping on your order- I either double printed the label or swapped them! I am so sorry!!

Mar 05Reply

rachelescats@thinblueapple I kinda figured that's what happened. I couldn't figure out how to get in touch with you so I tried though the official "my item is incorrect" option. I hope I didn't get you in trouble. It's an easy fix if you can find my order. I'm not upset. Things happen. Just let me know how to proceed. ❤

Mar 05Reply

thinblueapple@rachelescats No, no you didn’t!! Thank you for being so sweet about it! I was JUST thinking the other day when I saw something in a FB group “wow, I can’t believe I’ve never switched up orders before, I should be proud of myself!” 🤦🏻‍♀️Go figure, lol. I’ll contact the other person, I’m sure they will be confused! In the meantime I’ll check some of my groups and stuff and see what Posh has done when this has happened before

Mar 05Reply

rachelescats@thinblueapple Awe, no worries. like I said just let me know what I need to do. When I opened the box I knew right away it wasn't mine so I didn't even disturb the beautiful gift wrap you did on the shoes. I felt like if I did Cinderella might not get to the ball on time! 😘 When Poshmark asked for better pictures I said no. I'm not opening up a pair of shoes. They are clearly not a large group of Thirty One bags. 😂🤣

Mar 05Reply

rachelescats@thinblueapple Any updates?

Mar 07Reply

thinblueapple@rachelescats STILL nothing :/ Poshmark support is a pain to try and reach on the weekends. I reached out to the other buyer too and haven't gotten a response yet. A couple of my posh friends said that this had happened to them before and Posh sent both buyers the shipping label of where it was supposed to go to and both buyers put the correct label on it and mailed out. I'm crossing my fingers, they haven't said anything on the return case either

Mar 07Reply

thinblueapplereturn case either 😖 *

Mar 07Reply

thinblueapple@rachelescats Also, that was so sweet of you not to open them!! It's totally fine if you do, I'll do whatever I need to to re-package, I just want to make sure you get YOUR stuff! That was so thoughtful though, I actually just now saw that comment!

Mar 07Reply

thinblueapple@rachelescats Sorry for the incessant comments! The other buyer DID respond and she said that it was totally fine to just let her know what to do on her end, so I am just waiting on Posh to reply and for your bags to get to her- I'm checking on the tracking now!

kellybarrett92Hi! I received the HP printer, but it doesn’t have a battery pack in it.. This is Kelly Barrett. Wondering if you still have the battery that goes inside it. Thank you!

Jan 14Reply

thinblueapple@kellybarrett92 Hi! When I took the photos in the listing where the screen is on it was plugged up with the power cord. I didn’t take anything out or change anything and I put the cord with it when I shipped it, is there something different that you mean? 🙂

Jan 14Reply

thinblueapple@kellybarrett92 I am so sorry that you are disappointed 😔 I did do some research (I know you can’t click on it, but you can highlight, copy, and paste into the browser) and here is a link: https://www.cnet.com/reviews/hp-photosmart-a636-review/ that talks about the battery pack. It’s an additional accessory that can be purchased separately but isn’t included originally. Again, I am terribly sorry about the miscommunication.

Jan 15Reply

shughes231Can you please resend the offer from earlier?

Jan 16Reply

kellybarrett92Hannah, Thank you for responding. So, if I don’t need the optional battery for the HP printer. I’m sorry I didn’t realize I needed to buy the battery separately. Still, it’s been plugged up to the power cord that you sent me in the box for 1-2 days & it still will NOT turn on or do anything at all. I guess it is broken? Was there any other cords that went with it? It will not turn on regardless of what I’ve tried. Did to see worked before you sold it?

Jan 18Reply

thinblueapple@kellybarrett92 That is what came with it, I just never used it as a mobile device so I didn’t need the battery pack. I did test it before I sent it to be sure it was working and it seemed fine. I haven’t used it since I took the listing photos and I made sure to include pictures of it powered on to show that it works. I think you do have to hold the power

Jan 18Reply

thinblueapple@kellybarrett92 button down for a couple of seconds, but it should turn right on. The AC adapter gives it power but doesn’t ‘charge’ it, so if it’s plugged into that it should turn on right away.

vford11Hey…sorry…I don’t use Poshmark that much…you had sent me an offer on the unicorn vans for $19 with $4.99 shipping and I meant to accept but it expired. Would you still be interested in that deal? Also I see you graduated from App! I was class of ‘08!

faiefindsCan you tell me how did you accomplish so many shares? It seems to be very time consuming for me. I follow a ton of new people a day and try to share something from each new closet. You have a great closet!

Apr 19Reply

thinblueapple@fayelhodges Thank you! I am lucky, I’m a teacher and I have several girls who are responsible kids and always finish their work early and want something to do. For whatever reason lol they love to share for me, so I let them if they’re finished with everything. They’re always finished early so most of my sharing gets done that way, haha. I’ll be happy to share any tips or advice I can if you want to contact me through I G (same username as Posh)

Apr 19Reply
