@viviosuna84 hello! Yes, I believe that would be 4 in girls size. It has a strange conversion but these are in girls size and 6 in women would be 4 in girls. You might know more about thst than me.

@viviosuna84 Here is what I found when googling it.
To convert your women's shoe size to a big kids' shoe size, simply subtract 2 sizes from your women's shoe size. For example, a women's size 7 shoe is equivalent to a big kids' size 5 shoe. The chart below shows you the conversions between women's shoe sizes and big kids' shoe sizes

Can you measure the length of the girls 6 ? I am a women's 7-8 but can usually wear a girls 6 too. If you would measure from heel to toe, I could decide if they would fit.
