missbella_us @jandkranch : hi sweetie! These are actually mid rise. 😊 It has a tight waistband and stretchy bottom and leg area. Hugs all the curves in the right places. I would suggest a 9 for you since these have a good amount of stretch.

missbella_us @disa498 : got it, babe. In my opinion, I think you should get a 5 instead since these are pretty stretchy. Stick with a size 27 even though this is in junior size. If it doesn't fit as I suggested, I'll be more than happy to replace them for you. =)

missbella_us @bean5669 yes babe . I am familiar with that brand. I would say the fit is almost similar. These are super stretchy too. For reference, the 11 would be 15” across the waistband with at least a 2 inch allowance. Size 9 would be at 14.5”

The kancans i had i noticed were 9/28 that fit but were tad too tight for my liking...i ended up getting an 11/29 but yours are listed as 9/29 & 11/30 so do i go by the 29? Does that mean they run differently bc isnt the 2nd # the waist msrmnt usually?

missbella_us @bean5669 yes babe. The 2nd # refers to the total waist measurement. If you believe you’re a 29, then I recommend sticking to a 9 on this brand as different companies tend do have different sets of measurements. 😊 I will also check on the acid wash.
