I have contacted Poshmark about my sweater being 'not as described' It is clear from my photos that you have taken $65.00 from me in a dishonest manner which resulted in me having a poor customer service experience.
I am unable to get a refund via Poshmark at this time, however, as a seller who agreed to the rules and regulations of Poshmark, you should take the initiative and work with Poshmark ( I am not at all suggesting we take the refund process off-line) to give me a refund.

@herparallax You described the S/M as having the following measurements:
1. Pit to hem: 17.5 inches
2. Pit to sleeve: 13 inches
The measurements of the item I received were:
1. Pit to hem: 16.5 inches
2. Pit to sleeve: 12 inches
Model is also listed as being 5'10 and sleeves pass her wrists. I am 5'6 and 130lbs- the sleeves do not even come close to my wrists. I can't attach pics on here, but I forwarded them to Poshmark.

Unfortunately, being relatively new to Poshmark, I did not go thru proper channels to get my refund. The sweater has been worn. However, it is not worth the full price I paid - please use this as an opportunity to show good customer service and at least get me a partial refund.

@junebug_89 Once a sale has been confirmed, a refund is impossible because Poshmakr gives you refunds and not sellers.

@junebug_89 sellers are not given the option to refund. There is literally no refund button. Only Poshmark is able to give you refunds.

@herparallax Yes, I have contacted them. Since I have already released the payment, I cannot even get a partial refund for the item that it not worth the full amount I paid for it because it was not as described. I am uncomfortable making future purchases from you and will not do so in the future.

I would also suggest contacting Poshmark for feedback on this item -it is absolutely necessary that the seller receives exactly what they paid for.

@junebug_89 As I said, I sent you the exact piece in this listing and I have not gotten a single complaint/case open for this item. Different people have different body types and fit will be different for every person. I also would rather not have future transactions with someone who is calling me dishonest.
