19" at the chest, 21" overall length & 25" sleeve length. It is marked as a Large, but I'm 5'3" & about 120 lbs and it fits. Please check out the measurements before purchasing.

@mcinneskristine there isn't a material tag inside. It doesn't feel it, it's soft. I would guess it's wool with cotton and maybe some silk but I really don’t know. I’ll see if I can get more info.
