littlehangeroh @sjbt82 these are really loose fitting, so offhand I'd suggest the medium maybe the large. I'm away from home right now so I can't measure at the moment

littlehangeroh @sjbt82 I got a chance to measure - the underarms flat across on a large is about 15", but has a TON of stretch. Straight from the underarms the dress widens a lot; only 8" below the underarms, it goes out to 34" when laying flat, so a 40" bust would well fit into a large and still be able to achieve the look in the model photos 😊
