Love this black halter top! It has a pretty sheen to it, ties at the neck, and has off the shoulder straps. It is made of 100% polyester. It has a bit of stretch to it but not much. Measurements- SIZE 14: Bust 44"; Waist 46"; Hips 51"; Length 23". SIZE 16: Bust 47"; Waist 50"; Hips 55"; Length 23". This top is brand new with tags from Boohoo, and I have sizes US 14 and 16 available.
