kmb42@hollyshopper424 this is a cotton blend and due to the relaxed design & open front these are very accommodating. A large is recommended for a a 10/12 women's. But again with the accommodating fit it would fit another size up as well. 😊👍🏻 Please let us know if you have anymore questions 😘💕
