jgrace84 I bought one of these a couple months ago I saved it to wear for a wedding in July that I was standing up in. Upon first glance there were no issues with this gorgeous watch band. The slide that goes into my watch is backwards on one end so I could never wear my watch right or it dangles weird out of the watch face itself. I found no way to contact you other than to write this here. Please contact me promptly so that we can get this resolved.

suziayash @jgrace84 you were not placing the band on the watch correctly. Please refer to the manual or visual of how to change out the bands.
