shopdaliajade @bbposhspot there isn't any padding. But there are slits where you can put your own padding in there. I would use this for yoga, lounging around, and under an outfit. It is not supportive enough to do something like running or Boot Camp. It is really comfortable though. I use it with backless shirt. And I use it to lounge.
