How long is it when it's on? Meaning where does it hang to? Enough coverage to wear with leggings?

@dangerluvr Thank you for waiting for a reply to your question. I measured it from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. And it is about 30 inches. This would look great with leggings. I gave you the measurements because everybody has a different body type so it may be shorter on other people while longer on some. I hope I was able to help.
