@chakeraw hi sry I just saw your message hun I'm sooo sorry it didn't make it there In time the postmaster told me as long as it was sent by noon it would get there and I have the receipt stating it would be to you by Saturday it was sent 2 day priority mail maybe you can contact your post office and see what happened if there is anything I can do to make your experience better please let me know I feel terrible ๐ฉ๐ฉ

@chakeraw I would definitely email Posh and request a refund! That's just not right for them to do that. My receipt says you would receive it sat but Posh does not let sellers give out refunds so send them an email and I will also send an email with a copy of the receipt. Thanks so much

@chakeraw I just sent Posh an email they said I will get a response within 48 hrs I let them know to release the money for your shipping because of the issue and I can only see what the tracking says "in route" to destination not sure what that means , there was no bad weather or anything over the weekend so not sure why I'm so sorry again I know its frustrating as it is for me too. I will keep checking every hour and give you an update once the system updates
