shop_terracotta @dls1rn It measures at 20-21" flat when chest part gets stretched to the max. So might be cutting it too close. I can't say how tight would be though. Chest part is gathered elastic. So it's hard to measure exactly. I wouldn't recommend it. Might be too tight I think.

It runs slightly smaller so I recommend going one size up. Material is flowy Cotton and polyester blend and on thinner side. But not see through or anything. Hope this helps.
