@heartandsouls, I love my bundle but unfortunately the package arrived damaged and the glass carafe arrived broken. Do I accept my bundle or wait to make a USPS claim on the carafe? Sorry, I've never encountered a USPS claim with Poshmark purchases so not sure what I need to do first. The Klim glasses are awesome and the yoga mat bag is nice. Other than the broken carafe, I'm happy with the bundle.

Hey hi I just wanted to let you know I just received the caps right now but I just have a problem with one of them the grey gap is smaller is not high enough and it fits tight the green fit perfect what can we do about the grey one and I'm sorry I'm just being a little honest

Hi Stacey,
I ordered a bundle from you awhile ago with a pink yoga mat bag and a pour over coffee cone dripper with a glass carafe.
I loved all of it but the glass carafe arrived broken and unusable. The shipping packaging was stamped by USPS as package damaged.

(I noticed that there was no added protection for the glass carafe beyond the walls of the box it came in and the shipping box). There was extensive damage to the shipping box and carafe. I took photos of the shipping and broken contents at the USPS post office the day I picked it up.
The postal worker gave me a number to make an insurance claim for reimbursement but when I called USPS numerous times to make an insurance claim, there were no answers.

The broken carafe and 'pour over coffee cone dripper' is still in the box, broken glass and all. Not sure if USPS will reimburse me or not at this point. There may be a time limit on claims.
If you come across a glass coffee carafe that matches the pour over coffee cone dripper you sold me, would you be able to offer me a reasonable deal on it?
