L 26" - W 26". (Honestly, I'm not completely sure what "W" is - possibly "waist).

vynes_apparel @ssc1220 The 26" W measurement is for the small (size 3-5). Based on their sizing chart - the Medium should fit a 27"-28" waist (size 7-9) and the Large should fit a 29"-32" waist (size 11-13).
