libbeyabbey1 @sbruner15 hi, thank you so much for your inquiry. There is really not a lot of difference at all the medium measures approx. 34" from armpit to armpit and 29.5" in length the small measures approx 32" from armpit to armpit and 29" in length. There is a lot of give and take in the material. I have one they are super comfy and they wash up really well. Perfect to wear with leggings. Please let me know if you have any further questions. libbeyabbey1 @ses54 I'm a size 14-16 with a 36 bust. I wear an extra large in this top. Unfortunately I literally carry all my weight in my stomach. I look like the grinch lol. My husband is always commenting how good I look in these tunics. I would give anything to be your size. I wash mine in cold water and I do not use the dryer and it has not shrunk so I'm wondering if you did get this and it was a bit bigger than you anticipated if you could wash in warm water and dry it in the dryer.

libbeyabbey1 @ses54 I honestly think you would wear a medium but if you are worried about it being to large I can honestly say there is hardly much difference in size. I just knew I wore an XL so when I got them in I tried on the XL and it fit perfect. That's why I'm thinking even though they seem large they do run true to size.
