sweetstacksThey do have a little give in the upper arms. The material is 60% Cotton & 40% Polyester. The upper arm area measures about 7" when laying flat. I hope this helps. 😊 If you have any other questions let me know!

sweetstacks@thedormboutique I wouldn't say that it's sheer enough to need a slip. If I was wearing it I'd prob wear light colored Spandex underneath. (I hate slips). I do think there's plenty of "ruffle" material to prevent seeing through it. 😊 Hope this helps.
