trindyclozet They do have a little give in the upper arms. The material is 60% Cotton & 40% Polyester. The upper arm area measures about 7" when laying flat. I hope this helps. 😊 If you have any other questions let me know!

trindyclozet @eradams That measurement was for a size small. The size small fits a 2/4, a medium 6/8, and a large is a 10/12.

trindyclozet @thedormboutique I wouldn't say that it's sheer enough to need a slip. If I was wearing it I'd prob wear light colored Spandex underneath. (I hate slips). I do think there's plenty of "ruffle" material to prevent seeing through it. 😊 Hope this helps.
