@luxnv hmmmm. I know this was the first style of this model.....with the thick strap and hardware, etc. I'll look at my Louis Books tonight. Bought in Louis Vuitton. Without sounding disrespectful at ALL, are you sure yours in a💯 authentic?

@mad4lv It is not worried about getting rid of without right buyer. I loooooove it and have treated it like a 👶. Seriously though. The value has went up remarkably in the last few years and they make others similar but only a few of these were made and retired which adds to its allure.

This IS the sully, I know, I have the same bag. Curious to see what it sells for since that price is considerably higher than what it was brand-new. Yes it was retired though, mostly due to complaints/concerns about the strap wrinkling.

@vhooper08 Right. I think there were a couple sizes and this is the big one, is that accurate? Thanks for chiming in. Mine has held up immaculately and strap has no wrinkling, some fading from moisture but not noticeable at all. I love this bag and will only let go for high price b/c what it's worth to me. So durable, love the hardware.

@mkm3830 it's hard to tell from the pictures but that could be the MM or GM? Mine is the pm. I don't mind the wrinkling on the strap, it smooths out when wearing it anyway. Good luck selling it, it is a beautiful bag! I wouldn't let mine go for anything less either... or anything for that matter. 😊

I have the same bag in basically pristine condition and unfortunately right now they are only selling for around $1,200 (in new condition). I'd hold on to it and hopefully the demand will go up, that's what I'm doing with mine.
