@candyariels yes but it's so comfortable. It's a wide waistband and mega stretchy. So it's not elastic per se. But it's stretchy and spandexy.

@katabitboutique I'm so sorry I don't know how I missed this. Yes they are high waisted and stretch up to a 40" waist. The laying flat measurement is not accurate because this material is all about the stretch 💕
