foreverface @frecklediva93 I think that this dress tends to run on the smaller size and although you can't much smaller than a 2 (lucky!!) I would suggest a small because even if it's a little big, it's supposed to be kind of flowy so it's better than it being too snug 😊 hope this helps!

foreverface @bobalicious ok hun so i got home and examined this dress. I was mistaken, there is a lining to the thighs and then the bottom half is somewhat sheer. The xs measures 12" at the waist when laid flat and the small is almost 13"
