Jan 08Reply

starletsss@adwynn331 hi there so I spoke with Poshmark and it turns out that this order did in fact get canceled by accident so you should see the reflection of the money being returned to you as it's

Jan 09Reply

starletsss@adwynn331 already been removed from my balance so it should be back to your account by now that being said please let me know if you'd still like to go forward and repurchase the jumpsuit I have the size large available for you and want to know if you want it before selling it to anybody else :-) sorry for the inconvenience and hope to hear from you soon❤

Jan 09Reply

adwynn331@starletsss it still hasn't refunded on my end. It's still showing as paid from my card. I've been checking multiple times 😞 I don't know why the balance hasn't been returned.

Jan 09Reply

starletsss@adwynn331 very strange :( it is no longer in my queue of pending balance, have you checked your email by any chance ? Sometimes poshmark will send an email - I am so sorry I canceled this, i pressed the wrong stupid button- stupid touchscreen phones lol I will send them another email letting them know that you have not seen the balance return, hopefully when it returns to you we can go forward and process again and I will add a free gift in your order for the inconvenience

Jan 09Reply

adwynn331@starletsss I know. I hope Poshmark isn't trying to keep it. It still shows as a pending charge on my card and the $40.95 has not refunded back to my card. It does show the order as cancelled, but I haven't gotten my money back.

Jan 09Reply

starletsss@adwynn331 no I doubt they are I learned sometimes with transactions it says it takes 3 to 5 days to return - transactions are annoying like that but regardless I will hold this jumper in a large for you- regardless if you purchase again with me or not, I want to give you the option I still having this item so it's up to you 😀 I will send another email to them letting them know you have not received your money when I hear back from them I will let you know

Jan 09Reply

adwynn331@starletsss thank you 😊 I really do appreciate everything you have done to expedite things!

starletsss@adwynn331 Hi there, I just wanted to check in and provide an update - I spoke with Poshmark via email and they said that it takes a couple of days for the money to reflect back into your account, I wanted to see if you received it yet? and if not, have you been in contact with them? Let me know, hoping everything is figured out and I have your beautiful size L jumpsuit waiting for you if you still want to proceed :) Thanks so much! Marisa <3

Jan 10Reply

adwynn331@starletsss I have been in contact with them and they said it should reflected on my account tomorrow. Unfortunately, I will not be able to purchase at this time due to unexpected medical expenses. I hurt my back and I am having to undergo treatment 😞
