I'm a little nuts for these - I have two pairs in my size and wear them like crazy, and bought a couple pairs in the remaining sizes to share with those of you these may speak to, stylishly. The shaft measures 6.5". The color is a smokey or grayish-pink-salmon with laces of the same hue, a few shades darker. These are fantastic and timeless! These shoes provide a little give, yes, but I don't know how to advise someone who typically wears a 7.5 to go for a pair of 7s with give. If your feet are more on the medium width or narrow side, and you've ever gone down a half-size comfortably in some shoes, then give 'em a go.
