luxdesignvault I don't want to offend with a low offer. Are you even open to an offer on it? I will need a dress for my then 3 yr old to be a flower girl. peonyprints @consigningsis hi, I just listed this this week so it is a newer item- not a big rush to sell. However, I'm certainly open to reasonable offers, and am happy to give you measurements if needed. The fit is a forgiving cut- my daughter was a petite four year old when she wore it and it still fit just fine. It's a beautiful dress!
