mandal22 @tallietylee6 Hi! Yes the sleeves are full length. As far as the color-- In my opinion it is a Light Beige Tan/Cream color. The only reason I included the gray was because when I purchased it online at Express it said it was gray. But in my personal opinion it is a Light Beige Tan/Cream color.
