New, no tags Size S, top probably fits like B cup (possibly small C), bottoms fit like 00-2. I'm size 32D and 1/25 for reference, top is too small on me, bottoms fit nicely. Top has removable push up padding (meaning only at the bottom). Shoulder straps are removable & adjustable. Neoprene material. No brand or off brand. May have more or less creasing than shown but brand new great quality smooth material. Creases are unavoidable with this material and it will smooth more with wear.
