jerseyglam@unikki54 Hello I've never seen anyone use our name. All of our items are are from US vendors and our not the cheaply made China junk 😂🙄. We only sell here on here, our website, Amazon & eBay and only under the same name. Where was it and from who you purchased these items from?

jerseyglam@unikki54 The problem the last couple years I've seen it increase is these Chinese factories are using American photos so at first glance it appears like a regular item but then it's this extra cheap crap but also runs extremely small. Usually though you can tell when it's the Chinese stuff because their websites and the descriptions don't look quite the same and they usually have a super long shipping time.

jerseyglam@unikki54 It's also usually a really cheap price. All of the vendors we purchased from are located within the US. We literally have maybe four styles that were not made in the US they were made in China but they are very well-made items they're actually made surprisingly well and they're not the same thing as like this cheap China stuff that you're talking about.

jerseyglam@button123 Hi! We always ship same day or next business day. Since this is showing delivered Poshmark no longer shows me the tracking number under the purchase so I don't know exact. If you had any problem receiving your package I would recommend going to your local post office with the tracking number. The way it was sent it (Priority Mail) it has insurance.

jerseyglam@button123 I can't view the tracking from my end for your transaction but you should be able to. It will show the town and state for where it says delivered. If it is showing that it was delivered it should not be at the post office waiting pick up. They only mark it as delivered when it is delivered at the address. I would still check with them with the tracking number either way.

jerseyglam@ida_mae_gimnick As long as they have not shipped where it tracking you should able to cancel. I don't purchase really on here so I don't know how it looks from the buyers end but I believe you should be able to go under the transaction and select to cancel it yourself. The seller is also *capable* of cancelling it but how knows if they will if you asked them to. I would try first to cancel it yourself.

jerseyglam@ida_mae_gimnick You can also contact Poshmark but it may take a couple days. It's easier to use a computer for all this in my opinion if you are able to. To contact Posh on the website go to the bottom of the page and there is a contact us there. Just go under the page with your my likes or something because if you are on a feed page it won't go to the bottom but it will just keep scrolling.
