Red Balenciaga City. Silver hardware. Black lining. Normal wear and tear. Has marks and scuffs, and the corners and handles show some wear. Includes dust bag. Sold the bag in early December 2016 but it got held up for weeks in the mail on its way to Poshmark HQ so the sale was canceled. She's back home and up for sale again! Gorgeous bag!!! Goodness I love this bag but read what you and the buyer went through last go round...I'm hesitating. Was this the first or has there been delay like this in the posh using posh concierge? I'm new to this so would love to know. 🙂

@fantabulousmee hi! It was a bummer. But I have to say that I have sold dozens of things on Posh (as you can see from looking through my closet), and that was the only time I've ever had an issue. And Posh was great about it - they refunded the buyer and they gave me the full sale value of the bag, even though I did eventually get it back. I have also bought a ton on Posh (including some $$ items) and have never had an issue.

Posh has already help me with something and it's good to know they help both buyers and seller with purchase even large amount. I was reluctant to post some of mine. I really appreciate it. Especially your honesty. Such a sweet gal. Will definitely be thinking about this bag (since you already got some fund for them-do you think you might lower the price a bit?☺)

@fantabulousmee yes, I was overall very impressed with their customer service. It's a little scary to drop a $500-$1000 item in the mail and hope it gets where it's supposed to go... But I had faith because I've purchased three or four things that went through Posh Concierge and they all went well. The buyer was super sweet and patient too.
