WHBM Sequin Faux Wrap dress in black lined 6

This has a black satin slip built in which comes up to a rounded neck at the chest, beneath the sequined layer. Hits at knee depending on height, and has an elasticized waist which provides form. Around the waist there is a corded tie which is fringed at the end. Non smoking home. No sequins have come loose and no flaws that I can find.
