@kitsch_chick thank you! I hate to ask but would you mind measuring from shoulder seam to shoulder seam on the back as well. 28inches seems tiny for a medium bust based on guess size chart Is that the waist size? I’m sorry if I’m reading it wrong and misinterpreted it. Thanks!
