Royal Blue Chico's Button-up Top

Cute collared top with tie at the bottom. Thits me right at my waist and looks nice with jeans. Can be more formal, too. I'm normally a M or L, but this fits me relatively well considering it's a 00. So I'd say, it runs large for the size.
