Personally, I am puzzled when I see people selling used white items on their pages and I will never buy a used white item for myself. I personally receive every item and check the quality of each one upon arrival.

threegirls123 @naomi999esparza All our items are stored at the location and only one person (besides myself) who could open the bag to verify the quality (after the sale is made) only covers the bag nicely to assure customer satisfaction, closes the envelope and drops the envelope at the local post office or into the USPS authorized blue mailbox.

threegirls123 @naomi999esparza There were only two people who could have access to the items that day. We sent out quite a few items that day and we cannot verify who was preparing this particular package. All I can say is that the bag is opened only once when the item arrives at our location and the next time the bag is open by the client.

threegirls123 @naomi999esparza I can assure you that both people who did the job that day never opened the bag. I never open the bag twice. I wear a very different size. He wears a different size as well and never used lipstick in his life. I cannot even imagine him wearing women's dresses.

threegirls123 @naomi999esparza Sometimes, the item could be damaged by the USPS while it was carried to a client. We cover the bag into a nice looking paper on the top of the bag for additional protection so the items have 3 layers of protection! If the USPS carried the item negligently or maybe left it on your doorsteps while it rained the item could be damaged. However, I can assure you that every item sold here is brand new and never been worn or kissed. We love our products but we do not kiss them

naomi999esparza @threegirls123 Thank you for the detailed response. I can assure you I don't wear makeup so I know it wasn't from me. But yet there was a makeup stain on the left collar of the romper.

naomi999esparza I did see the nice white wrapping as your described and it was unaltered. Even if there was rain or damaged by usps it doesn't explain why there was makeup on the romper. Which was nicely sealed in 3 layers of protection as you mentioned. Which lead me to believe this makeup stain happened before the item was mailed out to me.
