here is way to cancel: To cancel your order as a seller, go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a seller to cancel the order. Please keep in mind that if you cancel the order without a buyer’s request, it causes a huge inconvenience to the buyer and should not be done except under rare circumstances.
