laceydu @lovely1amora Your listing said it was $8 for 2, that's why I purchased:) I even made sure and asked you. With shipping the total was over $16! I definitely thought I was getting two pairs of pants out of that. I can get new pants for that, know what I mean? I've never had an issue with Poshmark before, so not sure how you want to resolve this. Best for me is either ship the 2nd pair or refund half the money? Thanks boo!

laceydu Oh, total was $14.49, not $16. Still, I wouldn't of purchased one pair for that much:) So yeah, refund of $7 or ship the second pair would work. I would definitely prefer the second pair as stated in your listing boo. Thanks!

taydafinds @laceydu idk how familiar you are with poshmark but the updated version allows you to create a listing with multiple items instead of creating separate listings for each item. You got what you paid for which was 8 dollars for one pair of pants. Your total was 14.49 because you still had to cover shipping for the pants. So what half are you talking about? If you would've purchased both brand new pants It would've been 16 dollars plus shipping.

taydafinds @laceydu and of course the listing says two pair of pants because I have more than just one pair to sell. You should've asked if the 8 was for both pair or just one. When you purchase a item it tell you how many items you'll receive. In the top left corner it specifies that you only purchased 1 item, which you have received

laceydu @lovely1amora I hear you, but these pants sell new for about $9. Why would I pay $14, right? So I assumed you were definitely selling both pairs for $8. I specifically asked if 'this listing ($8)' was for 2 pairs, and you said yes. It was clear.

laceydu @lovely1amora Ok, Poshmark allows for one listing of multiple items but sellers make this clear and will even write 'this is for one item', etc. Just because Poshmark says '1 item' doesn't mean that your listing doesn't include 2 pairs. People sell say: 5 scarves in a listing and Poshmark will say '1 item' at the top:)

taydafinds @laceydu however those pants are brand new from H&M so the 9 dollars for a new pair is about right you just had to pay for shipping which isn't my responsibility. That's the only reason you paid 14 dollars for the one pair is because shipping is 6 dollars. I apologize for the misunderstanding and I did state that the listing was for two pairs of pants, however you never stated that you wanted both pair or I would've changed the price for you.

laceydu @lovely1amora yes, I realize the $6 is shipping lol. I'm just super bummed I paid total $14 for a $9 pair of pants when I made sure I was getting two pairs. If you read my question you'll see I was specific and you answered yes. Oh well, my loss because I'm not going to push it but just let it go. Too bad I didn't receive what I expected. I love the pants and was looking forward to having 2 pairs. Thanks anyways.

laceydu @lovely1amora Your posting wasn't clear:) Otherwise there would've been no reason for me to ask if the listing was for two pairs. Since it was very unclear, I asked if the listing was for two pairs. You said yes. Simple. I understand you hate that this happened but there is really only one way to make this right, to honor your listing. That said, don't worry about it. Keep the second pair. But I'd advise you to be more clear for other buyers.

laceydu I see you've now updated your listing to clearly state that it's for one pair. Great. Other buyers won't have the hassle and waste their money like I did. The dress you mentioned that you sold in this manner: it was worded a bit different and was slightly clearer that it was for one dress. But as a buyer, I can say that the clearer the better, so I'm just saying this to help you out and good luck:)☺️ 👍
