modamecouture @jkmgarner Hi Beauty! Welcome to mu closet! In general a large can be comparable to a 12/14. This piece is open front style. If you usually wear large in tops/dusters,then you should be safe. The shoulder to shoulder measurements is 19" across when laid flat, the bust is 20" across when laid flat but again it is open style front. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.💋
